Engagements will primarily service a variety of clients within the Real Estate industry along with periodically assisting on client engagements in other industries.

Weaver Senior Associates enjoy flexibility, diverse client work, and a supportive and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity. Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred CPA candidate required, CPA preferred 1-4 years of public accounting experience, industry experience or a combination of both Real Estate industry experience required Basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS Weaver Benefits At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.

This role includes 20 days of paid time off, 11 holidays, and 4 scheduled recharge days We also offer in-house CPE and learning opportunities through our internal Learning & Development department. Our multi-faceted internal learning program including technical improvement, practice development, management/leadership training, and whole-life growth. Annual Base Pay Range in the New York City Metropolitan Area: $80,000 to $110,000 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location) People are our formula At Weaver, we recognize that everyone brings different strengths, backgrounds, and working styles to our team.
