KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Resource Management to join our Audit organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for administration of resource management processes and the integrity of the related data in the various systems

  • Maintain the data accuracy in the tools supporting the Resource Management function and work with the offshore team on various reporting needs

  • Utilize Resource Management related systems to efficiently generate analysis and reporting of key Resource Management data

  • Assist in monitoring compliance of Audit professionals with Resource Management and/or Human Resource processes

  • Project management of special initiatives in support of resource management strategy

  • Work on special projects, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Resource Management or general business operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and negotiation skills; strong rapport with peers and managers in Audit Operations and other various groups

  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and appropriately set/manage priorities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills
