As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

CPA designation is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services. Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading audit teams.

Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, GAAP, and other relevant regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities include: Manage and oversee all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for audit-related matters.

Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Review and evaluate audit work papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies. Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership, providing actionable insights to improve business processes and controls.

Stay current with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. Assist with business development activities, including identifying opportunities for additional services and participating in client proposals and presentations. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated services and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets and timelines. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of audit services. Job Type:
