Our healthcare practice provides audit, tax, transaction advisory, consulting services to a variety of different healthcare organizations nationwide, including but not limited to; hospitals, physician practices, clinical research organizations, continuing care retirement communities, managed service organizations, and health IT. Our healthcare practice also works closely with our firm's private equity practice to support portfolio companies throughout their business life cycle.

Here are some responsibilities you will get to take on:
Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Lead multiple engagements and provide technical accounting, business advisory and consulting services
Develop an understanding of the client's business and recognize key performance drivers, trends and developments and identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend creative solutions to complex issues
Manage client relationships
Recognize opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients
Perform technical research and prepare accounting memos on complex issues
Here are the key role requirements:
Experience auditing healthcare and related organizations
5+ years in total of public accounting and healthcare experience
High level comprehension of accounting principles coupled with ability to succinctly and effectively communicate key issues to finance and business leadership
Understanding of the complex economic and regulatory risks within the healthcare industry.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Effective time management skills
