Leadership:
Oversee non-public audits and reviews for clients in the construction and real estate industries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice on complex transactions, including business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and related reports that inform key business decisions. Research: Direct and manage research projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Client Management: Take charge of client relationships, delivering exceptional audit services and enhancing client satisfaction.
Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to department-wide initiatives, including the implementation of new audit and accounting standards. What You Bring to the Table:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Professional Credentials:
Active CPA license. Experience: 5 years in public accounting, background in the construction industry preferred. Technical Expertise:
