How you will contribute:
Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
Using previous experience, oversee documenting, testing and review of applicable internal controls over financial reporting allowing for identification of gaps in control design or operation and best practices
Design and execute a risk-based substantive audit approach based on knowledge of internal control structure
Adequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation
Consistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement, providing timely solutions and consultation
Managing multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control, and within scheduled deadlines
Managing multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needs
Build personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities including proposal preparation and delivery
Leading audit committee meetings and presentations
Participating in speaking and article writing opportunities
Completing CPE specific to assigned industries
Traveling to serve clients as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 9 years of audit experience in public accounting
CPA license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
Experience managing multiple complex client engagements
