CLA is looking to hire an Assurance Director or Manager for our fast-growing Real Estate industry practice in one of the following seven Florida offices: Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers, Naples, Lakeland, Winter Haven, or Sebring. Your choice!

As an Assurance Director or Manager, you will:

Manage and develop relationships with great clients.
Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives by using a range of tools.
Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.
Lead the engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines for adherence.
Communicate important developments to the engagement principal along with facts, conclusions, and recommendations.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits. CPA license certification is required.

Managers will lead clients through field due diligence activities that will focus on talent assessment, technical site and facility reviews, and other relevant in-market activities including the initiation of discussions relating to economic development incentives.
