ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

  • Responsible for cash balancing and opening bank mail
  • Process charge-backs
  • Review and Process Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Must be available to work each scheduled shift and should report to work on time.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process third party financing checks and review accounts
  • Prepare reports, including Sales Analysis, Problem Business Report and Analysis of Aged Trial Balance
  • Assist with physical inventories
  • Update and Review Carpet Installer Reserve file and accounts
  • Review Tax Exempt transactions for compliance
  • Interacts with stores to resolve errors/discrepancies
  • Audit Employee Purchase discounts, prize winners, and coupons/gift certificates

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Experience: 1 year Accounting/Audit experience strongly preferred

  • Skills:
    Analytical skills important as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Communication: Analytical skills important. Excellent communication and writing skills important. In depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.

As a Records Coordinator II, you will: * Participate in/oversee the maintenance of all records and the preparation of new patient records. * Review clinical records for accuracy, file all incoming documentation, and ensure compliance to Company policies. * Respond to external information requests, order/distribute medical supplies and maintain adequate inventory. * Coordinate workload and oversees data entry. * Work under general supervision. * Abide by and demonstrate the company Mission – Vision – Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis. * Participate in/oversee the maintenance of all records. Receive documents from various sources (including physician orders) and distribute copies/originals to other office users as needed and ensure compliance to company records policies. * Prepare new patient records and review them for accuracy, file all incoming documentation, ensure compliance to company procedures. Complete administrative record reviews, and prepare discharge files. * Respond to and maintain a log of external information requests, research information and provide copies to the appropriate person, record receipts of signed orders, mail physician's orders, track response and notify the clinical manager when signed orders cannot be obtained. * Contact vendors to order medical supplies, maintain adequate inventory and distribute requested supplies in an accurate/timely manner. Coordinate with clinical manager type/level of inventory, determine supply substitutions and handle special requests. * Provide backup to data entry on admissions paperwork, enter billing/payroll information and process/forward paperwork to the appropriate processing center. * Participate in performance improvement activities. Ensure the collection of data for improvement analysis and prepare reports for management. * Participate in implementation/maintenance of operational processes to ensure compliance to company policies, legal requirements and regulatory mandates. * Perform all duties inherent in a supervisory role. Required Skills Qualifications * Accredited Records Technician degree, a High School Diploma, or the equivalent plus a minimum of three years clerical recordkeeping experience including one year in a supervisory or lead role generally * Basic computer/data entry skills * Good organization and communication skills also Required Experience ~MON~ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
