Work You'll Do

Audit & Assurance Data Analytics Manager (Specialist Master Level) to demonstrate expertise in or comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry. Demonstrate leading practice knowledge or expertise. Supervise, direct and review results of projects and assignments. Resolve complex technical issues. Apply extensive technical skill consistently in complex situations, specifically in the development of highly complex analytics. Document, validate, test and assess processes, systems, and/or programs. Scope potentially complex projects. Responsible for delivering on defined execution targets within a particular industry or service area. Responsible for the management and direction of multiple projects or a single, large, and complex project, and provide training. Serve as audit team/client contact for complex questions and information, and may have responsibility for managing of aspects of relationships with audit teams/clients. Responsible for engagement economics. Share practice management and administration responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development of staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Five years' experience in performing data analytics and quantitative modeling.

  • Experience must include five years of:

  • Utilizing analytical software packages/tools/languages, including SAS and SQL, to analyze data;

  • Testing code to ensure functional accuracy and performing test procedures to ensure correctness of data flow;

  • Creating codes and procedures to automate processing for various data sets;

  • Utilizing advanced SAS, SQL, Tableau, and R to aid data sampling, cleaning, manipulation, and generating statistical outputs and performing distribution/trending analysis for complex data;

  • Performing analysis to identify changes over time, and performing data reconciliation on multiple products for various projects;

  • Mentoring and training junior team members; and

  • Supervising the full life cycle of analytic engagements, including staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects.

  • In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's degree and 3 years' experience as stated above.

  • Position requires 20% travel.

Digital Authentication - Product Manager for Data and Analytics In the role of Digital Authentication Product Manager for Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for defining the authentication team's product strategy and roadmap around advanced analytics, and delivering that roadmap to the Bank in partnership with technology teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Partnering with digital channels (e.g. Web, App, API, Wallets), payments products (QuickPay, TCH, BillPay, etc), risk modelling, and fraud strategy management groups on various initiatives * Developing and maintaining the product road map/pipeline - gaining input from all stakeholders and groups * Writing requirements for contextual authentication and fraud detection * Product ownership of analytics platform services (e.g., profiling, machine learning model execution, rule execution, etc.) leveraged by multiple fraud and authentication business solutions * Working closely with our technology partners on the design and delivery of requirements in planned releases * Conducting periodic roadmap quarterly reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc) * Managing the interdependencies between your product releases and other Product delivery teams and activities required for E2E delivery of broad initiatives * Partners with risk operations to develop usage and operating models for new capabilities Experience: You have: * 5+ years' experience in product management for advanced analytics solutions for financial institutions * Experience with managing a platform of analytics services used by multiple products and user groups * Experience with cloud (e.g., micro-services, kubernetes, etc) , machine learning (re-enforcement learning, tensor flow, etc) and big data (noSQL, Hadoop, etc) technologies * Experience with agile product delivery methods Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree preferred * The ability to think strategically and influence without direct authority * Strong leadership and communications skills and the ability to operate in a fluid environment * Learning agility * Financials - ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models. * Demonstrable stakeholder management skills Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
