Join our Audiology Services team at Torrey Pines Clinic and make an impact working with related departments as you service patients of all ages. From working with newborns to geriatrics, we are searching for someone who is dedicated to serving each patients' individual needs while contributing positively to this tight-knit team.
As a Lead you will provide:
evaluation, assessment, non-medical diagnosis, treatment and education to patients according to the audiologists' respective licensure registration certification
Code of Ethics, and Federal State regulations
technical support to staff in the audiology department to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures
management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff.
New Hire Incentive $4K and $3K for relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met
Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Certification/Registration:
Current California Audiologist license
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year in Audiology
3 years' experience as an Audiologist
Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology
Preferred Experience:

Position Pay Range: $51.68-$77.54/hour
Scripps Health
