Audiologist

Job Overview:Administers qualitative diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to communication/hearing disorders for inpatients and outpatients of all agesQualifications:Required: * New Jersey state licensure in audiology required * Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association requiredPreferred: * Experience with vestibular testing and/or cochlear implant assessment/mapping/activation strongly preferredEssential Functions: * Administers qualitative diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to communication/hearing disorders for inpatients and outpatients of all ages * Provides counseling to patients and/or their families with regard to the diagnostic findings, the therapeutic program or further referral * Assists in updating diagnostic and/or therapeutic materials and supplies * Attends in-service/lectures on subjects related to hearing and communicationAt RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.*
