SAV Digital Environments is a home automation company that provides installation and service for high-end residential and commercial AV systems.
Project Managers are responsible for managing custom residential electronic system installations from the sales process through project completion in such a way as to optimize profitability, promote customer satisfaction, and maintain the companys reputation.
Job Responsibilities and Duties : Maintain proper communication between company and all parties involved throughout the installation period to include the client, general contractors, architect, interior/lighting designers, engineers, consultants, etc.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of project documents to communicate the wiring design, layout, appearance, and programming requirements of project to field personnel, clients, and others.
Manage expectations of the client, general contractors, designers, consultants, etc.
Maintain proactive and regular communication with clients, general contractors, and other project representatives in order to keep others informed about job progress and schedule.
Maintain a detailed and accurate to-do list for each assigned project.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct site walk-through's, including site inspections throughout the construction process and upon the completion of each phase of system installation to ensure quality control.
Schedule and conduct project review and update meetings to review the system design, installation procedures and methodology, or programming details.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and/or designers to review expectations pertaining to finish details, programming, intended use, and completion schedule.
Request the purchase of equipment and materials for assigned projects on a timely basis to ensure that required equipment is in stock prior to the scheduled installation date.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AV or related industry.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in wired and wireless networks.
Extensive organization and communication skills, including written and verbal.
Knowledge of current industry trends.

The campaign manager assumes primary responsibility for supporting and project managing the volunteer and senior development leadership team in carrying out an estimated $650 million comprehensive campaign over 5 years for Earthjustice. The campaign manager reports to the campaign director and works closely with professional campaign counsel in liaising with volunteer leaders and VIP donors, setting up systems, implementing strategies, rolling out campaign plans and messages with the organization and management plans to effectively coordinate campaign responsibilities. This position can be located in New York City, Denver, Seattle, Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, Bozeman, Philadelphia, Los Angeles or Miami. Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of the campaign in cooperation with the campaign director. * Work with campaign director and campaign counsel to set campaign priorities and activities. * Carry out fundraising assignments and provide resources as needed. * Staff the campaign volunteer committees, and work with committee leadership to coordinate activities including minutes, notices, support materials, and follow-up. * Implement strategies for cultivating and securing gifts from individual donors in all ranges including personal solicitations, major donor events, and direct mail. * Coordinate the development and timely submission of campaign proposals to private funding sources and foundations. * Assist volunteers, board, staff, and committee members to identify individual prospects, including scheduling and basic prospect research. * Design and distribute campaign reports and records. * Work with campaign director and Earthjustice Finance Department to manage the campaign fundraising budget. * Work with and project manage any external contract relationships such as PR and Marketing firms and Campaign Counsel. * Coordinate all donor recognition activities, campaign records management, and gift processing. * Liase and coordinate campaign activities between different teams within the Development Department such as Foundations, Planned Giving, and Major Gifts. * Serve as the information repository and communication bridge internal to the organization such as Communications and Development or Litigation and Development. * This position may supervise additional support staff. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * At least three years fund development experience including annual campaign, donor solicitation, and comprehensive campaigns. * Experience raising money from individuals and private sources. * Experience coordinating and working with volunteers. * Excellent communication skills; budget development and management skills. * Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Access and Excel. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as with a team. * Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds and orientations. * Contributes to the creation of a diverse, equitable and inclusive work culture that encourages and celebrates differences. * Flexibility and sense of humor a must!
