Job responsibilities include:
Primary Point person for IC technical operation
Continual monitoring of all IC room functionality:
o Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
o Test all aspects of rooms equipment:
Hardware power status confirmation
Battery levels on items like remotes
Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features.
Troubleshooting technical issues
o Ensure rooms are clean and organized:
Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
o Assist IC guests with immediate room issue or needs
o Troubleshoot active problems
Point of Contact working with vendors to resolve issues
Track and respond to ServiceNow work request
Collaborate with other AV team members, local IT, and IC Video Production team.

Exceptional in high pressure situation
AV experience specific to conference rooms of all types
o TV and Projectors, microphones and speakers, Video Conferencing equipment.
o Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
o Zoom
Familiarity with Digital Media/ Digital Walls
Basic PC troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment
Highly self-motivated and able to work primarily independently, as well as with a group on larger team projects and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
o Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
o Monitoring software a plus (Microsoft Pro Portal, Cisco, Logitech Portal)
Proficient with Microsoft Teams
Working knowledge of Zoom meetings
Knowledge of Webcams, headsets, and speaker/puck audio
Dedicated AV experience or primary function
