Our consultative approach enables our channel partners to engage and grow their audiences. By sharing best practices and actionable insights, we help our partners design and execute more effective, performance-based marketing strategies that leverage our robust promotional tools throughout all customer touch points. We ultimately strive to predict ROI and lift KPIs through leveraging data-driven analytics.

The Role:

We seek an experienced Planner to help drive the continued growth of our Audience Development business. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in account management and experience in digital advertising and program promotion. Entertainment vertical experience is a strong plus.

Candidate must show versatility and intellectual athleticism, be well organized and adept at planning, and have a strong orientation towards analytics and process.

An exceptional Planner will leverage interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills to manage external partner relationships and execute strategic account plans. To succeed in this role, you must be resourceful, solution-oriented, think critically and maintain relentless focus on the user experience and driving partner success.


  • Work closely with the Audience Development team supporting external content partners and key internal initiatives

  • Manage execution of promotional activations, and subsequent monitoring and optimization

  • Distribute standard partner performance metrics and post reporting on ad campaigns

  • Lead partner creative asset collection process; ensuring assets adhere to Roku best practices on design and approach

  • Liaise with Finance team on all billing and revenue issues

  • Work with other internal teams as needed to execute partner placements across the Roku platform

  • Generate post campaign wrap reports inclusive of screenshots, key metric performance and acquisition lift.


  • 2+ years digital account management experience

  • Experience in digital advertising

  • Experience in program promotion and/or entertainment vertical a plus

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau and DFP

  • Well organized, analytical, process-oriented personality

  • Located in New York City
