Ciocca Audi of Allentown is looking for a full time Technician to add to their team! Our preferred candidate would have their state inspection, emissions, and tools upon hire.

Sign on bonus available!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Inspecting and advising ASM/Service Manager of all repairs needed
Providing quotes and availability of all parts required
Adhering to manufacturer's policies and procedures on all warranty and service contracts
Examines customer vehicles in a timely fashion
Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above company standards
Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations

Requirements

State Inspection and Emissions Licenses preferred
Valid driver's license and a good driving history
At least 17 years of age
