Position Summary:

The Online Contract Specialist position oversees auction and contract flow. Responsible for overseeing the contract process, manage auction day issues and facilitate in the general flow of the contracts. This position requires the situational awareness of all sellers and current documents as well as best practices.

Responsibilities/duties:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be other related duties as assigned.

  • Conduct "intro calls" to buyers

  • Address inquiries from buyers, agents, and lenders professionally and in a timely manner

  • Respond to email and phone messages by end of business

  • Review and complete daily aged pipeline report

  • Follow-up on buyer executed PSA, EMD, proof of funds & entity documents, if applicable

  • Confirm pertinent information is correct in MLH prior to submission to closing

  • Upload important documents (EMD, POF, Entity, etc.) into reconciliation screen

  • Maintain open communication with team members and team leaders

  • Follow online contracts process workflow

  • All other duties assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain positive behavior within a high paced, ever changing environment

  • Represent professional work ethic to internal and external clients

  • Adhere to the departments attendance guidelines

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Extensive Excel knowledge

Education/Experience:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Six (6) month to two (2) years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to real estate

Position Summary: Responsible for managing, negotiating, structuring, and administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. Responsibilities/duties: * Manage the contract and purchase order process for vendor contracts, with a primary focus on IT/Information Security and facilities contracts. * Draft and negotiate contracts, while collaborating with IT, IT Governance & Compliance, Facilities, and other business teams on contract terms and pricing * Review and edit various vendor contracts such as software licensing, hardware, telecomm, and facility equipment and services. Contract forms include NDAs, master contracts, statements of work, product or service work orders, amendments, addenda, insertion orders, termination letters, and letter of agreement. * Provide support on other vendor contracts for legal, operations, marketing, data research and analytics, HR, and finance. * Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policies, government specifications and other requirements * Develop and complete RFI/RFQ/RFPs with the business teams, as needed * Prepare contract summaries for significant or high-profile deals * Collaborate with the Legal team to continuously enhance the contract process, contract templates and provide training to business teams * Provide support on legal and compliance projects (e.g., research, policies/procedures, marketing compliance, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Experience with contract management, drafting, negotiation, and administration. * Solid background in contracts with the ability to draft form agreements and review, understand, synthesize, and communicate basic provisions from various types of contracts * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook; experience with contract management systems a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong ability to assess and manage contractual risks and communicate those risks to legal and business executives * Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a professional, positive, service-oriented attitude * High attention to details and strong organizational skills * Ability to handle fast-paced transactions, meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and cope well with change * Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment * Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, multi-culture, high performance organization * An outstanding teammate ready to work and have some fun!
