Robert Half Legal is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney for an amazing client in the downtown Chicago area. Licensed attorneys with a love for the legal field will be interested in this highly ranked firm's opportunity for a Workers Compensation Attorney. The full-time Workers Compensation Attorney will work in the Chicago, Illinois, area. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer client questions and guide him or her through the workers' compensation process.

  • Contact medical providers and complete paperwork relating to the claim.

  • Represent the interests of the claimant at hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings.

  • Assist the injured worker with workers' compensation benefits, including appropriate medical care.

  • Communicate with the worker's supervisors on the injured workers' status.

Requirements of this position: - 3-5+ years of Workers compensation experience required
