As a Trusts & Estate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal services pertaining to trusts and estates. Your primary responsibilities will include representing clients in litigation, resolving disputes, and handling complex legal matters related to trusts, wills, and estates. You will also be responsible for drafting trust and estate documents, and their administration.

The ideal candidate will have trust and estate litigation experience. E.g. will contests, fiduciary litigation, trust construction and interpretation, and breach of fiduciary duty. They will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to deliver personalized and effective solutions.
