Robert Half Legal is looking for an Estate Planning Associate Attorney for an AMAZING and long-standing client in the UTC area. How you will make an impact as the Trust, Probate and Estate Planning Attorney: ? Legal research and analysis, drafting and preparation of documents for estate planning matters. ? Bring processes to the team for template improvement! ? Manage the whole Estate Planning process, from Client Intake to drafting initial Estate Planning drafts. ? Requirements

Summary An Associate Scientist position is available in the chemical biology group led by Dr. Grotegut. This group works on a diverse portfolio of projects, including but not limited to epigenetics and cancer, with SBP investigators and other collaborators. The group supports a variety of assays for high-throughput screening, high-content screening, and structure-activity relationship (SAR) determination for lead generation. The Associate Scientist will develop novel cell-based, biophysical, and biochemical assays, convert them to miniaturized 384-well/1536-well formats and perform their implementation for automation on available robotics systems, interacting with the supervisor and other Center teams. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the needs of the department. Employees with 30+ hours per week work schedule would be eligible for SBP benefits. Duties and Responsibilities * Designs and performs experiments and procedures requiring specific or technical knowledge and laboratory techniques with minimal input from supervisor * Uses different sources of literature and is capable of practically applying the information * Develops novel cell-based and biochemical assays which will be converted to 384-well/ 1536-well format using automated liquid handlers and plate readers * Analyses data independently, presents results in a concise way, and makes suggestions for the next logical steps * Assists with the preparation of reports for pertinent projects * Accurately documents own experiments in lab notebook (including tables, graphs, etc.) and/or Prebys Center-specific software (e.g. CBIS) * Presents work to supervisor and may present work at lab and/or project meetings. * Works collaboratively within team and together with other teams within the Prebys Center * Trains junior team members as needed * Maintains infrastructure of laboratory as required Required Experience * BS/BA degree in scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacology and a minimum of three years' experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained, is required. Five years' experience is preferred. Candidates with five years minimum experience in addition to the educational requirement may be considered for a Sr. Associate level. * MS degree in scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacology with a minimum of one year of experience is preferred. * Experience in drug discovery or applied laboratory research and strong experience in cell-based assay development, including strong experience with biochemical assays and mammalian cell culture is highly preferred.
