Responsibilities:

• Conducting trials
• Drafting legal documents
• Providing expert counsel to clients
• Developing winning strategies and leadership on disputes being settled in the courtroom or by arbitration.

Qualifications: 

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar Membership.
• Substantial trial and arbitration experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.

Salary Range:

• $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus D.O.E.
