We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Active member of the Texas State Bar. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law. 4.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 7.
