The firm seeks a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience providing top-tier legal counsel for commercial clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business planning, real estate, and finance. The role requires frequent client contact and collaboration with corporate executives and attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of transactional experience
• Advanced drafting skills
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and writing skills
• Mature and confident client relation skills
• Prior law firm experience
• Admission to practice in Texas

Responsibilities:

• Frequent client contact and collaboration
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
• Advise clients on corporate transactions and governance

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $165,000+ DOE
• Multiple bonus opportunities based on performance, profitability, and origination
