Your Role:

Our client is a dynamic and thriving law firm specializing in Class Action Plaintiff representation in Wage and Hour/PAGA and other employment litigation. Committed to the best possible outcome for their clients with a strong track record of successful litigation, they seek a talented Mid-to-Senior Attorney to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Provide updates on case progress and discuss potential legal strategies.

Case Management:

• Independently manage a caseload of class action/PAGA plaintiff cases.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Court Appearances/Depositions:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Take PMK and other depositions.

Drafting Legal Documents:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing.
• Craft persuasive legal arguments in support of our clients' positions.

Legal Research and Case Analysis:

• Conduct thorough legal research on rel

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in California.
• 5-10 years of experience in class action/PAGA plaintiff litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience with taking PMK and other depositions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with relevant legal technology and case management tools.
