Candidate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Active& in good standing California bar license
• Minimum of 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage workload with limited supervision
• Extensive knowledge of California state and federal law

Compensation:

• $140,000 - $160,000
