Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is looking for a 1.0 Attending Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our Medical Staff at the Brown Deer location.
The primary function of the Attending Child & Adolescent Psychologist is to oversee patient care, the program, and clinical staff. Duties related to the Attending Psychologist role include: diagnostic evaluation of patients, admitting and coordinating the care of patients, staff clinical supervision and training, providing evidence-based programming, evaluating outcomes, quality improvement projects and collaboration with physicians and other professionals in the coordination of care. This is a fast-paced environment that is unique in that it provides diverse clinical responsibilities including direct care, program development, supervision and training of staff and students, as well as collaboration with an active and experienced team of over 20 psychologists system wide.
PhD or PsyD required with specialization in child and adolescent services.
Minimum of two (2) years'' experience, licensed in the State of Wisconsin within 60 days of hire date, and in good standing with respective licensing board.
Medicare and medical provider status.
American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification is required within thirty (30) days of date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
Formal training in the management of aggressive patients is required within sixty (60) days of date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
