Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.

  • Logs and maintains food temperatures.

  • Arranges tables and decorations.

  • Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.

  • Serve food and beverages to guests.

  • Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.

  • Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.

  • Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.

  • Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.

  • Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.

  • Maintains indepth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.

  • Maintains clean and safe work environment.

  • Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

As a Senior Analyst, you will report directly to the eDiscovery Vice President. This is a senior level position providing support to customers using Relativity and the Stroz Review platform, a proprietary document review tool used for high-profile litigation matters. The individual will be responsible for working directly with the Director of eDiscovery Production, Project Managers, and eDiscovery Specialists and Analysts in processing, training, and supporting our clients (top law firms and corporations) on how to effectively process their data and utilize the system to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. A normal work day will include setup of client workspaces, overseeing and delegating data and production processing, performing quality control procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering support and guidance on how to best use the system based on the client's goals, all while providing superior customer service. Job Responsibilities * Work with the eDiscovery Director, Specialists, and Analysts to execute, delegate and monitor the proper distribution and completion of data processing tasks, to include managing download and receipt, ingestion, and processing of ESI and scanned-paper data provided by Stroz Friedberg's Forensics personnel, clients, and third-party vendors. * Work closely with Project Managers to generate productions, prepare workspaces for client reviewers, including configuring review settings, document folders, issue tags, and tagging rules as needed. * Work closely with Project Managers on project tasks, to include project setup and design, custom/complex processing requests, and client support tasks as directed by the Project Manager. * Perform syntax conversion for search terms, construct routine searches, execute routine searches, and create distribution set batches for client reviewers as requested. * Assist Project Managers with project tracking and documentation as well as project auditing, month-end billing reconciliation, and other project reporting for internal or external delivery. * Lead the daily status calls, and monitor the Jira queue in the absence of the Director. * Communicate status updates and feedback to Project Managers, Directors of eDiscovery Services, and Engagement Managers. * Provide customer support by communicating directly with clients by phone and email. Investigate and resolve reported platform and project issues, to include shadowing user sessions to assess and troubleshoot basic connectivity and technical issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues to IT, Development, and project teams. * Create and distribute user accounts, reset passwords, and answer client inquiries regarding basic functionality of Stroz Friedberg's Review platform (e.g. how to create folders and issue tags, print documents, run basic queries, and download native files. * Execute quality control protocols for data processing and productions exports. * Participate in enhancement initiatives and provide proactive feedback regarding system performance, suggested enhancements, process protocols, and training or support needs of team. * Deliver training sessions of the Stroz Discovery platform to staff and clients. * Work closely with development team to submit client development requests for new features to improve the overall functionality of the Stroz Discovery platform. Requirements * Strong communication skills. * Hands-on experience performing eDiscovery data analysis, data processing work, or document review support work. * Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Superior focus on quality-control and ensuring accuracy of work-product. * Focused on providing excellent customer service. * Ability to travel as required for on-site project work. * Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessitated by project work and periodic on-call rotation. Education * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Work Experience * A minimum of 2-3 years experience providing eDiscovery services. * Relativity experience is a must. * Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Law, Nuix or other eDiscovery support platform experience is preferred.
