At Hyatt Residence Club, Bell Attendants are customer service professionals that are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet staff to ensure guest are escorted along with their luggage and personal items to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
Correct handling and storing of guest luggage.
Safely park valet cars.
Responsible for answering any guest queries.
Must maintain service standards at all times.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
This job requires the employee to be able to lift 50 pounds or more on a frequent basis
Available to work early morning, late nights and weekends is a MUST
