Reports to MIS Vice President & General Manager McCollister’s Installation Services (MIS) is a specialized division of McCollister’s Global Services, Inc. supporting installation activities and related construction projects for the banking industry. As a primary vendor to many manufacturers, financial intuitions, and 3rd party developers, our installers provide a “turnkey” solution to deploy our customer’s products in the field. An ATM/Bank Equipment Rigger delivers and installs banking equipment for our customer base.

Our primary focus is the installation or removals of ATMs, check cashing machines, signage, and kiosks. General construction may also be required in some instances. This individual works closely with our Project Management Group and other customer vendors while on site.

Site locations are within 100 miles of local warehouse location. Requirements: · Safe driving record & valid driver’s license · Able to travel if necessary · Ability to work unsupervised on jobsites or with other vendors or our subcontractors · Able to drive small heavy-duty truck (non CDL) · Able to move heavy equipment utilizing material handling equipment · Able to use basic hand tools · Good understanding of light construction or the ability to learn to do modifications on site if needed · Able to follow instructions, customer requirements and procedures · Ability to measure and draw accurately to relay information to project managers during site surveys and visits · Ability to take and forward digital photos · Good computer skills · High School Diploma / GED is required · Must be able to pass background and drug testing · Experience in construction or trades preferred Key Competencies: · Strong work ethic · Drive to provide quality results · Professional attitude with dedication and pride in your work · Dependable and timely with all assignments · Excellent organizational skills required for follow-through to job completion · Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization · Partnering and teamwork · Strong attention to detail · Problem solving · Personally committed to continuous improvement Why work for McCollister’s Installation Services: · Competitive Salary (Starting at $50,000 depending on experience) · Bonus Program · Medical, Dental and Vision insurance · 401K · Paid Holidays · Paid Sick Time · Vacation Time · Employee Discount Program All candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
