ATM Specialist

Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary ATM Specialist for a financial organization in the Honolulu area.

Requirements of a ATM Specialist;

Project Management knowledge
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Banking experience preferred
Ability to multitask
Strong written and oral communication
Responsibilities of a ATM Specialist;

Project managing the installation, moves, adds and changes for ATM installations (working with vendors and contractors to get quotes and manage installation dates)
Benefits of being a ATM Specialist;

Pay: $18/hr
Downtown, Honolulu
Immediate start
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Purpose: The Client Information Services Program Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Director of Client Information Services to implement top priorities to help the organization achieve mastery over and efficiency with its client level data. This position will help shape the way we use and interact with our client data. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 1. Learn the business and create a growing understanding of where data originates, who the myriad of end users are of that data and how it is used. 2. Streamline and create efficiencies for how we capture and maintain basic client level data by integrating data currently being stored in several systems into Salesforce. 3. Collaborate with data stakeholders to design, create and deploy a better way of managing our client contact data within Salesforce within 3 months of start date. 4. Collaborate with data stakeholders to design, create, deploy and manage a new client surveying program for collection and distribution of client VOC surveys. 5. Streamline data management by integrating a standalone instance of Saleforce into the larger company wide instance within 4 months of start date. 6. Streamline the HRO client tax package deployment process and develop new efficiencies around managing that process within 6 months of start date. 7. Support the redesign and deployment of the Related Accounts classifications process within 6 months of start date. 8. Collaborate with data stakeholders to design, create and deploy a better way of managing our client interaction data for our Safety Team within 9 months of start date. 9. Collaborate with data stakeholders to design, create and deploy a better way of managing our client interaction data for our Client HR Consultation Team within 12 - 18 months of start date.
