Job Summary:

We at Cardtronics continue to evolve our ATM Solutions to meet the new and challenging demands in the retail services marketplace. It consists of on-demand ATM solutions that don't require large capital expenditures or lengthy and expensive IT integration efforts, giving retailers & ISOs the ability to manage their ATM distribution and innovation agendas without taking a back seat to controls and regulatory priorities. As the Solution Manager, the qualified candidate will own all aspects of our Solution offer, which includes managing the solution/product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal/external business partners to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive product efforts in support of a Product Solution line; responsible for end-to-end ownership and lifecycle management of a strategic Product Solution line including developing and managing Product Solution enhancements from ideation to launch; develop base solution, expanded offerings, professional service opportunities; ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

  • Determine and maintain a clear definition of Product Solution market size, position, segments served and business opportunity; develop market/competitive intelligence and understanding

  • Define, develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps by analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with internal/external business partners; product positioning and messaging

  • Define and quantify value that the Product Solution line brings to our customers and industry; quantify positive impact on customers and build into value positioning

  • Produce business and product requirements documents, solutions guides, sales tools, supporting sales collateral and go-to-market plans

  • Determine pricing by utilizing market data; reviewing operational and technical costs; anticipating/projecting growth; costing special and customized deals; develop pricing models with Finance and expand market pricing knowledge of competitors

  • Manage/monitor Product Solution financial results - pipelines and progress relative to plans

  • Expand Product Solution market share by working with sales team to develop sales strategies

  • Brief and train the sales force periodically and present at sales meetings; perform product demos to customers; serve as matter expert; assess product value position through customer presentations/meeting and working with sales team

  • Develop a solid understanding of Product Solution areas and benefits including - hardware, software, processing, networks, operations and security

  • Strong ability to develop and direct Solution from ideation to launch within planned timeframes

  • Understanding of some or all ATM solution/product areas including - hardware, software, processing, networks and operations

  • Candidate that understands more deeply the hardware and operational areas including

  • ATM make/model benefits, operational device monitoring, incident management, ATM service models, CIT/armored support and vendor management a benefit

Role-based measures:

  • Launch new Solutions and manage lifecycle for existing Solutions

  • Work with Product Platform owners to develop & enable Solution feature/functionality

  • Support commercial in delivering customer deals in the US; serve as matter expert in customer meetings

  • Develop base solution, expanded offerings, professional service opportunities

  • Develop pricing models, market/competitive intelligence and market pricing knowledge

  • Drive product development efforts in support of Solution rollout in the U.S.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Qualifications

  • Degree(s) in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing and/ or Technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution/Product Manager, Developer or similar role

  • Knowledge regarding

  • Product requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, financial analysis and strategy
  • Experience in product lifecycle management

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Become proficient in and the companies' leading SME regarding the ATM Branding solution. * Develop a solution roadmap pertaining to current functionality and future development requirements for the ATM Branding solution and ATM Marketing solution, working in conjunction with the Sales, IT and Operations teams. Align on success criteria and provide regular reporting on plan success, upcoming activity and required shifts in strategy. * Work with sales and relationship teams to grow sales pipeline and target customer lists. * Provides direct support of sales and product teams as needed to develop content and strategies in support of key sales goals, key client engagements, data analysis and reporting. * Provide clear insights to clients with presence and authority; be alert to clients' needs and trends that can enhance Cardtronics' value proposition. * Analyzes market opportunity and competitive landscape to create product positioning. * Own and create the value proposition for the ATM Branding solution including key differentiation, value vs. competing offerings and place within the full solution suite. * Perform monthly reporting and KPI tracking for the ATM Branding solution. * Work with our Marketing team to develops product selling sheets, collateral and presentation templates. * Develop and execute webinars and thought leadership events including speaking engagements. * Develop and manage budget for areas of responsibility as assigned under manager's supervision. * May assist in coordination and fulfillment of various administrative support projects including invoice review, vendor orders and management, budget tracking, inventory, etc. * Other duties may be assigned. SYSTEMS INVOLVED * Oracle * Microsoft Office * Microsoft Windows * ADP * Salesforce * Hubspot EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree required; major in Business, Economics, Communications or Marketing preferred. * 3+ years' experience in Product Development, Marketing, Business Development or Analytics. * Experience in digital out-of-home marketing or product development is a plus. * Experience with sales and marketing tools - such as CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Hubspot), email systems, etc. - in addition to Microsoft Office software (PPT, Word, Excel). * Experience in the Financial Institution services, payment or ATM industry is a plus. * Experience working with a sales team. * Excellent, proven verbal and written communication skills, design skills and strong presentation skills to C-level audiences. * Superior oral and written communication skills. * Proven record in successful delivery of process improvement initiatives, including development of process artifacts, training of stakeholders and oversight of adherence. * Ability to pass pre-employment background screening.
