Head Men's and Women's Squash Coach

Williams College invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Physical Education and Head Coach of Men's and Women's Squash. This is a full-time faculty position with an initial appointment of three years.

Reappointments are granted following regularly scheduled reviews. The appointment will begin on July 1, 2024.

Responsibilities include implementing coaching strategies and teaching methods to develop a diverse group of student athletes' skills and teamwork in squash, recruiting qualified and broadly diverse student-athletes, budget administration, teaching Physical Education classes, supervising assistant coaches, work along with assistant coaches to develop and strengthen team culture and create an inclusive culture, and duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

The department invites applications from candidates with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree and previous college coaching experience preferred.
