Job Purpose/Description

To complete duties to assist the Sports Medicine Staff for athletic practices and games operations.

Job Duties

  • Fill water coolers

  • Fill water bottles as needed

  • Transport water to practice/game location using golf cart

  • Make ice bags for post-practice/games

  • Tear down practice/game setups and clean the equipment

  • Re-stock Taping Tables Daily

  • Keep the main and hydrotherapy room tidy

  • Assist with water distribution to athletes during contests

  • ATC Supervised basic first aid

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a current or incoming CSS student.

  • The student must be eligible for federal student employment.

  • Great communicator and dependably on time to work shifts

  • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times when moving water coolers.

  • HIPAA Certificate (can be completed upon hire)

  • Blood Borne Pathogens Certificate (can be completed upon hire)

  • Able to tolerate a variety of outdoor environments (hot, cold, rainy, snowy, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference is given to those who qualify for federal work-study
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
