Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a desire to help athletes achieve their full potential. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement injury prevention programs for athletes

• Evaluate and diagnose injuries and provide appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans

• Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for athletes

• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with athletes and their families regarding treatment plans and progress

• Educate athletes on proper nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention techniques

• Attend practices and games to provide on-site medical care and emergency response if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field

• Certification by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC)

• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Athletic Trainer

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of injury prevention techniques and rehabilitation protocols

• Experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels

Salary Description

$50-55k
