Position Expectations/Responsibilities:

1.Recovery Room Management (15-20 hours):

  • Work late/evening hours (up to 11 PM on select nights) for post-show client access to the Recovery Room.

  • Monitor and maintain the Recovery Room schedule.

  • Organize, clean, and sanitize the recovery room equipment and space.

  • Provide minor treatments such as applying red light cups, corrective taping, and modalities (hot/cold packs).

2.In-Clinic Hours (15-20 hours):

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the clinic.

  • Act as a PT extender by collaborating with the PTs on patient treatment plans.

  • Provide athletic training services to patients/clients.

  • Perform clerical and minor operational duties as needed.

  • Utilize evidence-based and/or up-to-date treatment methods to enhance the quality of care provided by the clinic.

3.Show Coverage (5-10 hours):

  • Provide athletic training services to Broadway/Off-Broadway shows in-clinic or onsite as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field.

  • Current licensure as an Athletic Trainer.

  • Preferred experience working within dynamic environments, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or performing arts sectors.

  • Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively with diverse artists, performers, and creative individuals.

  • Adaptability to the unique demands of the entertainment industry.
