Athletic Trainer

Position Overview:
This position requires the incumbent to provide the clinical evaluation and educational skills of an athletic trainer. The incumbent must be able to work in a variety of settings including high school, collegiate, professional, clinical, and with the general public in both athletic training. Clinical practice is defined by the domain of athletic training as established by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and by applicable state law. Hours worked vary upon the needs of the various athletic programs served and events scheduled. Weekends and evenings work is expected. Evaluation of athletic/orthopedic injuries and sports related illnesses.
