Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications: BA or BS degree in Education, administration, or management High School Coaching experience At least 2 years experience in a management position; Strong record of leadership and management of personnel and programs.

Strong commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church. Excellent communications skills, verbal and written. Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.

Strong initiative, organizational & time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Punctuality, and ability to travel as required; weekend availability may be required. Proficiency in relevant software applications needed to perform job functions.
