The ideal candidates will possess the following:

Must Have Skills: Oracle ATG Commerce

Desired Skills: Java, Splunk, Digital commerce exposure

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

• Production Support and Maintenance Lead, is responsible for problem management and production support for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with Client team and onsite and offshore L2/L3 support team to meet and exceed the agreed service levels.

• As the liaison between the business area and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues.

• Proficient with ATG/J2EE technologies.

• Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management & Problem Management is needed

• Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage
