We have expanded into 12 locations and more than 800 employees specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of truck equipment. From custom trucks to entire fleets, our customers include railroad, utilities, and government agencies.

What will you do?

  • Answer incoming calls regarding customer inquiries and concerns

  • Responsible for inventory control ordering, receiving, managing the entire inventory

  • Day to day stocking

  • Ordering parts

  • Completing quote requests

  • Completing runs to purchase required parts

  • Building work orders for Installers

  • Scheduling works orders for Installers

  • Completing invoices

  • Utilizing QuickBooks purchase orders, quotes, work orders, invoicing

  • Providing customer service to walk in customers

  • Completing timecards for employees

What are we looking for?

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

  • Industry knowledge of customers waste management, electricians, school districts, etc.

  • Creativity, ability to think "outside of the box"

  • Ability to research, investigate

  • Knowledge of geography Bay Area

  • Possesses a customer service mindset

  • Automotive industry preferred

  • Dealership experience preferred

VIEW JOBS 10/5/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-03T00:00 Job Description As a Quality Systems Administrator you will have the opportunity to initiate and execute audits, work with a cross functional team, and guide the Company to excellent quality standards: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * • Assist Quality Manager maintaining the ISO/AS9100 quality management system to ensure compliance to all regulatory and standard requirements. * • Conduct and manage internal and external audits including AS9100 and Suppliers. * • Maintain quality documents and approved supplier list. * • Manage customer quality surveys. Under general supervision establish and maintain quality systems and compliance program, procedures, and controls to ensure that the performance and quality of product confirms to the established processes and procedures. * • Perform supplier management activities including quality management system audits, periodic reviews of quality and delivery performance data. JOB DUTIES: * • Assist with activities related to ISO/AS certification * • Work directly with Quality Manager to prepare training materials on quality related subjects. * • Provide administration duties to control company wide quality system documents. * • Assist with the development and maintenance of document control procedures and work restrictions. * • Facilitate the initiation of and monitor workflows for review and approval of controlled documents. * • Coordinate document control functions with all departments in the organization. * • Ensure that submitted documents are compliant to the document control procedure. * • Monitor and maintain Supplier Approved List & Socorecards * • Perform regular audits (Internal & External, including Suppliers) of controlled documents and report deficiencies to document owners. * • Provide administration and maintenance of product records and related procedures. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: * • Certified AS9100 lead auditor * • Possess the ability to work autonomous on specific compliance or quality system projects with accelerated timelines * • Critical thinker, detailed oriented, while overseeing multiple tasks for several projects * • Certified SAE AS13001 Supplier Self Released is a plus * • NADCAP Audit experience is a plus * • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel * • Excellent communication and written skills * • 5+ years of internal and external auditing experience in the aerospace industry * • Experience providing project support to senior management * • Experience leading internal and external audits * • Knowledge of manufacturing process, statistical techniques, and validation * • Experience leading cross functional teams * • Bachelor degree in related field Precision Castparts Corporation Paramount CA
