Oracle ATG Commerce , Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS,Transactions), Web Services, XML/XSLT, Java script

SQL/Oracle DB

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to team of ATG Developers working on application development for multiple eCommerce clients

  • Evaluate work product delivered from various teams of developers

  • Ensure code development follows a prescribed work flow from issue identification through testing to completion of development

  • Oversee and improve upon code management strategies to ensure consistently clean client code releases

  • Design and Develop new components using ATG commerce, BCC, Endeca

  • Recommend solutions based on industry standards

  • Collaborate with clients, PO and Scrum team during Scrum ceremonies.

  • Onsite offshore coordination, design, coding and unit testing of modules being developed at onsite, review of deliverables with clients, reporting day to day task development (by self and the team) to the project manager, Coordination with QA and Business during QA and UAT testing, troubleshooting and fixing Critical issues during US day time

  • Hands on who can Troubleshoot any issues and provide guidance / solution.

  • Highlight any potential risks on time and seek inputs to resolve issues identified

  • Collaborate with all other teams involved and keep track of progress

The Residential Supervisor (A/B) position will offer candidates extensive opportunities to learn and develop team building, supervisory, and leadership skills while working as part of a highly motivated and progressive management team. This position offers candidates opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The following information provides a detailed, but not all-inclusive, list of responsibilities to be fulfilled by the Residential Supervisor (A/B) (RS A/B). The Residential Supervisor (A/B) coordinates, implements, and supervises the administrative and clinical operations of the home, including residential program development and implementation and/or compliance of policies, regulations and procedures. Other duties include promoting principles of normalization and dignity, and providing for the welfare of individuals by making personnel recommendations for hiring and promoting staff; supervising and evaluating support staff; maintaining adequate staffing patterns; and ensuring a safe home by participating in and supervising the day-to-day interactions and activities of the individuals. The RS A/B provides staff training; assesses individuals' needs, abilities, and the resources needed to develop therapeutic programs in community living skills. Participates in the interdisciplinary team, coordinates and participates in Individual Service Plan (ISP) implementation; develops, implements and maintains data collection and records. The RS A/B monitors and evaluates the physical operation and maintenance of the setting; monitors residential budgets; maintains individuals' funds; assists individuals with expenditures and money management, and acts as a liaison to adjust personnel and ensure effective communication between staff. Computer experience required in the daily operations of the home. SUBSTITUTIONS: * A Bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, sociology, human services, education of people with physical and/or learning disabilities may be substituted for two years of the required nonsupervisory experience on the basis of two years of education for one year of experience. * A Master's or higher degree social work, rehabilitation, psychology, sociology, human services or education of people with physical and/or learning disabilities may be substituted for an additional year of the required nonsupervisory experience on the basis of two years of education for one year of experience. * One year of education equals 30 semester hours. Education toward a degree will be prorated on the basis of the proportion of the requirements actually completed. * No substitution will be permitted for the required supervisory experience.
