We have an immediate need for a Recruiter to join the Business Development team.

We have developed a strong reputation for delivering solutions for the entire program life cycle, including research and development, design and build, test and evaluation, and acquisition support through decommissioning. This is a modified full time position that reports to Tullahoma, TN but working remotely will be considered for candidates with proven experience.
The Recruiter serves as a key representative of Jacobs. This is a highly visible position that requires the development and maintenance of positive relationships within the business as a whole.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including requisition management, applicant screening, research/sourcing, networking, cold calling, offer negotiations and closing.
Maintains regular communication with hiring managers to keep apprised of current staffing needs, candidates, and drive the recruitment process.
Serves as primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining consistent & accurate communication throughout the process, to ensure the best possible recruiting experience.
Implements a variety of sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for key, difficult to fill staffing needs.
Screens job applicants for qualifications and makes hiring recommendations
Provides expertise and consultation on offer negotiation strategy with hiring manager to ensure best offer is in place to capture hire
Creates and delivers presentations in support of recruiting efforts to include staffing plans
Develops recruiting strategy for pipeline bids
Maintains all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality
Ensures that all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
Bachelor's degree is preferred
At least 6 years demonstrated recruiting success in a corporate setting is required
Experience recruiting for a variety of Key Personnel to support bid opportunities, Sales Professionals, Technical Experts, Cyber, Engineering, Nuclear and Aerospace professionals is required.
Experience recruiting DOD/DOE cleared individuals highly desired.
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining long-term positive relationships industry-wide (both inside and outside of Jacobs)
Possess excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus, and a passion for passive recruitment
Proven experience managing a high requisition workload, utilizing full-desk recruiting strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction

Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods.

Attendance is critical at all times to ensure response to customer requirements (100%). Work, including overtime, may be required after hours and on weekends, and sometimes on short notice.
