A well-known Birmingham organization is in search of an ATDD Analyst to join their team! This person will be responsible for the creation of ATDD Scenarios, being a liaison with LoB, creation of test cases and execution of test cases.
What youll be doing (duties of this position):

Test new functionality and enhancements for company applications.
Review and understand business requirements/use cases and functional details.
Create and maintain Automation for ATDD testing.
Conduct end-to-end functional and regression testing and validations, coordinating with the applicable operational areas.
Identify, log, and track defects found during test execution with JIRA.
Identify issues that are required to be resolved during testing and before going live and suggest improvements to the service or the process.

What youll need to be considered (requirements):

Four (4) year college degree or equivalent experience
Analytical skills and attention to detail - technical background a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills are relative to testing and technical issues.
Team player and the capacity to work with multiple project members.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to relay and share information and clarify instructions for handoff of test cases to production support personnel.
Ability to understand and solve complex problems.
Knowledge and/or experience of JIRA and ALM a plus.
Knowledge and/or experience of Agile Methodology particularly, ATDD.

VIEW JOBS 1/18/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-17T00:00 The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in our Birmingham Corporate Office located on Corporate Dr. The working hours would be from 12 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday. Position Summary: The Senior Service Desk Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, and resolving escalated service desk inquiries. This position provides excellent customer service while demonstrating IT troubleshooting skills to resolve tickets in a timely manner. This position will work closely with the Manager of Service Desk Operations. This position will need to be able to make IT decisions that support the company. The Senior Service Desk Analyst's primary responsibilities include day-to-day functional support including working ticket queues, maintaining service levels, escalation work assignments, attendance adherence, and answering staff questions. The Senior Service Desk Analyst will also work with outside vendors. Tasks include Internal support of the company's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrade and configurations. Qualifications and Education: * Associates Degree with 1-3 years experience, working with computer technology in a business environment with strong project management, financial management, business management, and risk analysis skills. * Understanding of computer technology in a business environment. * Strong writing and organization skills. * Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Material Handling: Rarely lifting from floor to waist 0-100 lbs.; rarely lifting 0-20 lbs. from waist to shoulder; rarely lifting overhead 0-20 lbs.; rarely carrying, pushing, and pulling 0-20 lbs.
