About the Position:

The Assistant Manager, Project Management is responsible for managing print and digital initiatives for Ann Taylor Marketing. This role specifically works with the Marketing and Creative teams on developing timelines and manages the project life cycle from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience working with cross functional partners and is highly collaborative. Must have an unrelenting positive spirit and "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Works cross-functionally to ensure all needed assets, resources, costs and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals

  • Responsible for managing project lifecycle, including status reporting, resources required, etc

  • Creates and/or maintains project documentation such as project plans, briefs, status reports, specifications, etc

  • Communicates and drives acceptance of project deadlines, milestones, and dependencies

  • Actively tracks project status, progress, risks and issues

  • Ensures that overall solutions on a project are completed

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing multi-phased projects related to digital and print marketing

  • Highly proficient in office productivity software including Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc

  • Advanced knowledge of print and digital workflows and asset management

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work well under pressure while juggling multiple projects

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivational and organizational skills are a must

Position Overview: About the Position: The Designer executes the design process from conception to final prototype for assigned product(s). Is fully responsible for entire product design process to include market research, mood board creation, designing, sketching, specing and fit. Demonstrates the company's Values & Practices by maintaining effective collaborative relationships, taking pride in the company and brands, and embracing diversity.
