Job Purpose
Regional Manpower Lead responsible in overseeing and directing all manpower related activities for their respective Region and the mentoring and development of the associates within their team.
Key Accountabilities
Lead assigned region while aligning all Honda Business Units
Provide leadership and direction for resource planning and progress reporting, ensure strong teamwork and accountability between all Business Units
Support and implement future workload drivers based on business strategy to meet KPI achievement and enhance NA manpower competitiveness
Mentor and develop the associates assigned within their team
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors Degree in related business field or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 8+ Years of experience relevant leadership or operational experience
Other Job-Specific Skills: Positive attitude, open minded and team player
Strong communication (written - oral) and decision-making skills
Strong self-motivation and desire to support multiple sites
Business Plan Knowledge & Development Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Developing & Reporting KPI Metrics (HIP %, On-Time Training Completion)
Budget Development & Management
Effectively develop team capabilities
Working Conditions
Office environment (PC Skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Estimated Overtime 5 to 10 hours per week
Travel to other HDMA facilities (specifically those under their lead)
