Asst Director Of Finance

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Finance in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the hotels.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial systems to safeguard assets and optimize efficiency.

• Participate in the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Support the Director of Finance in special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

• Proficiency in financial software systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
