Assist Director of Facility Management to ensure properties are kept in a state of good repair and ensures compliance with brand standards. Assist with site surveys to ensure that there are no patient safety issues and that barrier free access is available at each site.
Share responsibilities as a first line resource for any problem that may occur at any site including utility losess, fire alarms, security alarms, etc. Respond to emergencies as needed. Helps to ensure that facilities meet all regulated local, state, federal, and accrediting body rules and regulations including periodic fire and life safety inspectons, TJC regulatory inspections, etc.
Monitor the environment of care, temperatures, cleanliness, lighting, etc. Assist in setting up contracts for routine maintenance, trash removal, pest control, medical waste remvcal, HVAC maintenance, janitorial, life safety, compliance, cable TV, all utilities, landscaping, snow removal, cubicle curtain, linen services, water/coffee services, etc. Assist with developing RFP's, obtains and negotiates services bids, and works with Purchasing on the financial execution of contracts.
Actively participate in accounst receivable and accounts payable process. Manage materials and supplies for properties. Assist in ensuring tenant service requests for repairs, maintenance and improvements are answered timely, completely and accurately.
Participate in inspections and walk throughs with government agencies and township officials and others as required. Schedule and manage vendor coordination at project sites Assist with the development of capital budgeting for small projects,and capital FFE/soft costs for larger projects. Assist with coordination of tenant relocations, decommissioning offices and setting up new practices.

BS in related field or equivalent experience
10+ years in healthcare, preferably facility management and/or property management. Knowledge of basic healthcare codes and operations. Knowledge of budget process, CAM reconciliations, etc.
