Responsible for providing timely and high-quality service to outsourcing clients and/or being the direct point of contact in managing account transaction activity.
Manage account transaction activity related to permits, licenses and contracts.
Evaluate and manage the account portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results
Serve as an information resource conduct research, compile data, process inquiries and perform special projects
Maintain ongoing communication with client via verbal updates and reports
Validate report data and generate reports; update transaction databases
Perform other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or related experience with some direct transaction background
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
