Responsible for providing timely and high-quality service to outsourcing clients and/or being the direct point of contact in managing account transaction activity.


  • Manage account transaction activity related to permits, licenses and contracts.

  • Evaluate and manage the account portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results

  • Serve as an information resource conduct research, compile data, process inquiries and perform special projects

  • Maintain ongoing communication with client via verbal updates and reports

  • Validate report data and generate reports; update transaction databases

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree or related experience with some direct transaction background

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

Performs contract administration functions on new and existing contracts as signed. Principal Accountabilities (Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.) * Assists with contract negotiations * Develops pricing models and cost strategies * Monitors current status of assigned contracts * Disseminates information throughout the company regarding status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination * Assists division and field personnel in contract administration functions * Reviews all new proposals/solicitations for unique/unusual requirements * Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specification * Develops or assists in developing cost/price proposals in response to customer requirements * Guides site personnel in preparation for negotiating changes and modifications * Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills * Knowledge of various computer programs (i.e. PeopleSoft, Word, and Excel) * Experience working with spreadsheets * Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and other related federal and state legislation and regulations * Excellent communication and people skills * Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment Experience & Education * Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline. Two (2) years' experience in accounting or related field can be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college * Four (4) years in contract administration and/or government cost accounting environment * Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment Physical Requirements/Working Environment * CONUS: * Generally works in normal office environment, but may be required to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, to austere environments, under harsh living conditions * OCONUS: * Some positions will be assigned to overseas locations where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous/harsh conditions Travel * Ability to travel domestically and internationally Generally works in a normal office environment. However, due to operational locations of various Task Orders under LOGCAP IV, may be required to travel domestically and internationally, on short notice, to austere environments under harsh living conditions, for periods of time not longer than 179 days.
