Please review the following job description:

Provide the perfect client experience to external clients (e.g. management companies, associations and homeowners) and internal business units. Work as a Client Services team member to ensure service standards are met for the client in a non-facing environment.

Assist with general banking inquiries, processing of financial service requests and provide client problem resolution while adhering to Bank policies and procedures. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Process a high volume of service requests according to ASD procedures and processes (e.g. open and close accounts, account maintenance, issue official checks, statement and lockbox research).

Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, e-mails and faxes. Assist in Switchboard as needed.

Acquire a working knowledge of internal department applications to assist with client inquires.

Deliver excellent client service by responding to client inquiries and service requests in a reliable, responsive, empathetic and competent manner.

Professionally address client complaints, escalate to supervisor when needed while adhering to the Bank's complaint monitoring process.

Enhance personal and professional growth by developing an understanding of all area's functions within Association Services. Participate in required/voluntary training, education, meetings and events.

Ensure confidentiality of client information and minimize risk by following Bank's authentication process, Code of Ethics and other related policies while maintaining ethical behavior at all times.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of client service experience

Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner

Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task

Effective listening and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Word

Proven interpersonal relationship characteristics

Preferred Qualifications:

Banking Experience

Bilingual

Responsible for providing line of business (LOB) and client support through streamlined processes, integrated systems and effective services to enable superior revenue growth. <br><br> Develop and implement best practices in deposit operations related processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiency. Proactive leader with the ability to be influential, operate in a transformational environment, and establish positive working relationships across the organization.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.</p><p>1.Oversee the optimization of the deposit administration processes and servicing of client relationships in the Association Services portfolio. Develop and implement programs to support opening, documentation, and servicing of relationships. Consolidate and document operational processes and consult with other LOB managers to develop enhanced processes and automated workflow solutions.</p><p>2.Implement operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and internal compliance requirements.</p><p>3.Oversee the strategic planning, management and execution of new technology solutions and existing technology enhancements to support the LOB.</p><p>4.Oversee the selection, design and implementation of processes, systems and technologies for large, enterprise efforts to improve our operations.</p><p>5.Work closely with division Head to develop and implement long and short-term strategic goals for ASD.</p><p>6.Assist with Strategic initiatives including post-merger integration activities. Ensure that these are completed with involvement from all key stakeholders.</p><p>7.Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to serve as subject matter experts and respond to questions or inquiries concerning policies, procedures, structuring, etc. from auditors, compliance, and examiners to assist in internal reviews and external examinations. Follow up and correct any items addressed and ensure necessary changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed.</p><p>8.Participate in relevant line of business and other meetings to stay informed, collaborate and build strong partnerships in order to achieve the most effective and efficient business results.</p><p>9.Stay abreast of market issues and trends, maintains up-to-date knowledge on all Truist operational policies, procedures and regulations.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
