Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate/Experienced/Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst (L2/L3/L4) that will support the Boeing BGS Emergent Fabrication center in Huntington Beach CA. This role involves the reviewing of internal Boeing customer request for fabrication of metallic machined, sheet metal and Assembly parts from review, plan, commit, release and delivery to customer.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of manufacturing processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Huntington Beach, CA.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications as they apply to fabrication

  • 1+ years of aerospace related experience do you have in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures, or experience during a project at school or during an internship

  • 1+ years of experience managing Manufacturing Engineering tasks such as bill of material development, tooling coordination and work instruction development

  • 1+ years of experience in Planning and Scheduling

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of mechanical experience as a machinist, mechanic or other mechanical aptitudes

Typical Education/ Experience:

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 2: $66,300 - $89,700

Level 3: $85,000 - $115,000

Level 4: $100,300 - $135,700
