This role will be acting as the primary point-of-contacts for all Ecommerce creative projects from request through launch. This role will manage the production lifecycle from initial timelines, to task allocation, through creative process & execution- all while managing the communication and status updates with the creatives, account managers and project stakeholders. Job description:
Act as project manager for the Ecommerce team
Manage the flow of all global ecommerce projects, trafficking jobs from start to finish specifically creative assets, emails and all marketing digital content
Input jobs into internal web-based project management tool, mapping out deadlines and key milestones based on needs and capacity
Write project briefs, detailing all pertinent information for and identifying key resources
Assign jobs, with input from ecommerce and creative leads
Monitor team capacity and identify and clearly communicate project resource risks
Facilitate job progress and ensure schedules are updated and maintained
Participate in relevant meetings as needed, including project kick-off meetings, creative input briefings, and weekly team meetings
Ensure that communication, delivery expectations and timelines, are clear and executed for all stakeholder of the groups and individuals involved in a project.
Serve as liaison between cross functional departments
Take and input new job requests from other departments
Negotiate timing with cross-functional partners and troubleshoot scheduling issues
Manage expectations and priorities
Obtain cross-functional partner input and approvals as required
Assist with product photography production
Manage photoshoot production and coordination of ecommerce product photography
Traffic samples needed to accomplish the shoot
Create and manage shot list
Manage the global content calendar and ensure it is accurate and up to date
Coordinate and calenderize all meetings for content planning, editorial shoots and seasonal programs
Bachelors Degree, 3+ years experience in web production and/or creative/marketing project management experience; From an agency or corporate team
Fashion and Ecommerce experience preferred
Enjoy working in a fun, fast paced and creative environment and have a positive attitude
Experience building & managing timelines, budgets and resource allocation
Ability to manage the complexity and challenges inherent to the new; there may be no standard operating procedure for digital initiatives
Methodical attention to detail and highly organized
Extremely strong people and partnering skills.
Proven ability to create a collaborative environment that leads to outcomes among and between cross-functional teams.
The ability to work in project management systems, including Smartsheet, MS Office Suite
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
Ability to manage high level of changes.
