This is a contract role with an expected 24 - 32 hour work week reporting directly to the Traffic Coordinator/Assoc Project Manager. There is a potential that this will become a permanent position. The associate will assist in managing all aspects of the graphics department workflow while building diverse experience in the areas of scheduling, document control, and other essential tasks and functions.   • Coordinate flow of materials or resources through the process to ensure on time delivery
  • Track internal teams schedules to ensure coverage for workload
  • Organize and monitor elements with third-party and preferred vendors
  • Take notes during conference calls
  • Assure version control of documents
  • Post/download and organize files and folder structure from secure ftp
  • Proof presentations for spelling and ensure objectives were met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (assertive and consensus building)
  • Outgoing, charismatic, someone with initiative will excel
  • Pharma/Healthcare experience a plus

Our payroll tax department supports our nationwide payroll service teams. We are searching for a talented and experienced individual to work at PrimePay's corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA. The Payroll Tax Associate is a position for someone who can problem solve, communicate well in oral and written form, multi-task and learn on the go. Primary responsibilities would be in agency notice resolution, working with agencies and clients to resolve tax issues and amended returns, creating and filing corrected tax returns for our clients. The position also includes quarter end tax return reconciliation, agency filings and utilizing various electronic methods as needed. No two days will be the same but here's what you can count on: * Researching agency notices * Interfacing with service representatives, clients, and agencies * Communicating via e-mail, phone, letters, and through our ticket system * Processing client payroll tax transactions * Electronic ACH debit or payment processing * Amending tax forms * Routine internal auditing * Maintaining and balancing clients' accounts using QuickBooks software * Reconciling various banking transactions on a daily basis * Problem research and resolution * Assisting with daily, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax return reconciliation and processing Here are some qualities we hope our next Part-Time Payroll Tax Associate has: * BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field (strongly recommended) * Current or previous payroll or payroll tax experience required * Ability to work independently and as a member of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Efficient and effective multi-tasking skills * Strong analytical and auditing skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information professionally * Excellent customer service skills * Able to work overtime when needed * Excellent time management skills * Ability to work well under pressure The Payroll Tax Associate Position is a Part-Time Position with flexible hours.
